By downloading or using the app, you automatically agree to these terms — so please read them carefully before getting started. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way. You are also not allowed to attempt to extract the app’s source code, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app itself, as well as all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to PDF V JPG.
PDF V JPG is committed to making the app as useful and efficient as possible. That’s why we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it clear in advance exactly what you are paying for.
The PDF V JPG app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us so we can deliver the Service. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak/root your device (i.e., remove software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device’s official operating system). Doing so may make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise security features, and cause the PDF V JPG app to malfunction or stop working altogether.
The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms of Service.

Please note that there are certain things PDF V JPG is not responsible for. Some app features require an active internet connection. This can be Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider, but PDF V JPG cannot be held responsible if the app doesn’t function fully when you don’t have access to Wi-Fi and you have exhausted your mobile data allowance.
If you use the app outside a Wi-Fi area, remember that your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, your provider may charge you for data usage while accessing the app, as well as other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home region or country without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device you’re using, we assume you have permission from the bill payer to use the app.
For the same reason, PDF V JPG cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. For example, make sure your device stays charged — if the battery runs out and you can’t turn on your device to use the Service, PDF V JPG cannot be held responsible.
Regarding PDF V JPG’s liability for your use of the app, it’s important to keep in mind that while we do our best to keep it updated and running correctly, we rely on third parties to provide information that we then make available to you. PDF V JPG is not liable for any direct or indirect loss you experience as a result of relying entirely on the app’s functionality.
At some point, we may update the app. The app is currently available on Android — system requirements (and requirements for any additional systems we decide to support) may change, and you will need to install updates to keep using the app. PDF V JPG does not promise that it will always update the app so that it remains relevant to you and/or compatible with the Android version installed on your device. However, you agree to accept app updates when offered. We may also stop providing the app and terminate your ability to use it at any time without notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We recommend checking this page periodically for changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.
